Convenient location, with JR Wakayama station and a convenient store just a short 1 to 2-minute walk away. The staff was excellent, gracious, and kind, going above and beyond to help us find our granddaughter's lost hand puppet animal. We were impressed by their service. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos, and we appreciated the small skylight window. The complimentary Japanese breakfast buffet was good, although it could have had more options for non-Asian clients. The hotel also offers car parking, which is convenient for guests with vehicles. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent staff service.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the central station, with easy access through the tunnel at the back of the station. This saved us from walking an extra kilometer. The room was clean and spacious, with tall ceilings and an industrial-style design. The huge window provided a nice city view. We appreciated the two double beds, separate toilet, and bathroom amenities. The photos accurately depicted the room. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the bustling city. the tall ceilings and industrial vibe of the room gave it an edgy feel. Plus, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful in providing information about the local area, even going so far as to assist us in finding transportation options to our next stop.
The cleanliness of the room was a bit of a letdown. There were black hairs here and there, and the fridge was dirty.
